Aviation Medical Exams

Preparing for your exam:

1. Before your exam

   1. Visit https://medxpress.faa.gov/

      1. Fill out all the information and Submit​

      2. Print out your confirmation number and bring to your exam.

2. Day of your exam

   1. Bring a photo ID​

   2. Wear loose fitting clothing such as gym shorts and a t-shirt.

3. Dr. Morton is located on the second floor of the Ascension FBO building.
